When you use the eSpeakers technology to power the speaker bios on your bureau website, you can add a new speaker even if you know they do not want to get their own eSpeakers listing at this time. The eSpeakers system has the most value when speakers manage their own listing and keep it updated. But sometimes, especially in the case of celebrities, it’s just not an option.Your bureau’s eSpeakers subscription includes the ability to create a ‘sponsored speaker’ account for any speaker in this situation. A sponsored listing works just like any other, except that you (the bureau) enter and update the information instead of the speaker. To add a sponsored speaker:
- Log in to espeakers.com, choose the Directory Management link
- Click the DIRECTORIES tab
- Enter the new speaker’s name in the ADD A NEW SPONSORED SPEAKER box, then click CONTINUE
- Follow the prompts to create the profile
- Once the profile is created, use the PROFILE tab to complete the speaker’s marketing profile
