How the program works #
The program is a series of eight one-hour Zoom sessions, each led live by an instructor in English. One session runs each week, and the cycle repeats — after session 8, we loop straight back to session 1. That means you can join at any point without waiting for a “start date.”

Live schedule #
Sessions are live on Zoom, one hour each (including Q&A), taught in English. Because the eight-week cycle runs continuously, you can jump in whenever you’re ready — there’s no need to start at session 1.
