Outside of work, Joe enjoys lifting weights and spending time in Utah’s backcountry—mountain biking, snowmobiling, and spending time on the lake with his family.

Outside of her role, Amber is an avid adventurer, enjoying hiking, biking, and horseback riding through the stunning landscapes of Utah’s mountains. A lover of books and the culinary arts, Amber is also known for her legendary soups, jalapeno jelly, and chocolate chip cookies—just ask for the recipe!

With a deep understanding of automation and CRM strategy, Richard helps speakers unlock growth by designing smart, efficient systems tailored to their unique goals. When he’s not helping clients get more out of their tech stack, Richard is probably lifting weights at the gym, enjoying time with family and friends, or out exploring the outdoors. He’s at home hiking Utah’s backcountry trails or as he is cruising scenic canyon roads on his Harley. A longtime NFL fan still recovering from the Chargers’ move to L.A., Richard now roots for great games over any single team.
